Structural optimization of mechanical modeling of large-span spatial pipe truss

  • In view of the structural form of concrete frame shelved at the bottom and space pipe truss at the top, the traditional separation design is adopted.The upper pipe truss is modeled and calculated separately, and the lower frame shelved structure is also designed separately.In the lower part of modeling, the roof adopts steel beam to approximate simulate the pipe truss.In this paper, PKPM series software is used to model the pipe truss alone, the pipe truss and the lower frame of the overall modeling, and the steel beam to simulate the pipe truss and the lower part of the overall modeling.The results show that: for the pipe truss, the calculation result of the single modeling is smaller than that of the pipe truss and the lower part of the overall modeling, and the traditional design is unsafe.For the lower frame arrangement, the result of simulating the tube truss and the lower part of the whole modeling is larger than that of the tube truss and the lower part of the whole modeling.The traditional design is conservative.
