水力压裂技术在回采巷道顶板弱化中的应用研究

  • 摘要: 陕北侏罗纪煤田煤层具有埋藏浅、厚度大、分层多等特点。【目的及方法】随着近二十年来高强度开采,大量矿井开始进入下层煤开采,开采深度逐渐增加,上覆采空区对下层煤层开采影响越来越大,尤其在下层煤回采巷道受上层煤采空区影响更为显著,存在煤柱煤体片帮、巷道底鼓、网片破坏等矿压显现情况。以张家峁15211工作面为例,在叠加采空区下回风巷道存在上述问题,为了保证安全回采,在充分考虑覆岩厚度、覆岩岩性、上覆采空区叠加应力、煤柱宽度等因素的基础上,采用水压预裂技术对回风巷靠近采空区侧18.0 m范围岩层进行了弱化,在高压水预裂技术实施后,【结果及结论】施工段与非施工段对比,在非来压期间,应力减小了42.4%;在周期来压期间,应力减小了40.1%,同时巷道变形显著减小。达到了预期卸压目标,实现15211工作面多煤层采空区叠加应力下安全回采,取得了良好的安全效益。

     

    Abstract: The Jurassic coalfield in northern Shaanxi has the characteristics of shallow burial, large thickness and multiple layers. With the high-intensity mining in the past two decades, a large number of mines have begun to enter the lower coal seam mining, and the mining depth has gradually increased. The overlying goaf has an increasing impact on the lower coal seam mining, especially in the lower coal mining roadway. The influence of the upper coal goaf is more significant, and there are coal pillar spalling, roadway floor heave, mesh damage and other mine pressure behavior. Taking the 15211 working face of Zhangjiamao as an example, the above problems exist in the return air roadway. In order to ensure the safe mining, on the basis of fully considering the factors such as the thickness of overburden rock, the lithology of overburden rock, the superimposed stress of overlying goaf and the width of coal pillar, the water pressure pre-splitting technology is used to weaken the strata in the range of 18.0 m near the goaf side of the return air roadway. After the implementation of high-pressure water pre-splitting technology, the construction section and the non-construction section are compared: during the non-weighting period, the stress is reduced by 42.4 %;during the periodic weighting, the stress is reduced by 40.1 %, and the deformation of the roadway is significantly reduced, thus the expected pressure relief target is achieved. The safe mining under the superimposed stress of multi-seam goaf in 15211 working face is realized.
