Abstract:
To address the issues of high labor intensity, low inspection efficiency, significant result errors, and high safety risks associated with traditional manual inspection methods in coal mine substation pump rooms, an intelligent inspection robot for coal mine substation pump rooms was designed. Based on the underground 5G wireless communication system and cloud data storage technology, this robot is intended to replace workers in performing inspection tasks in coal mine substation pump rooms, greatly improving equipment inspection efficiency. It utilizes various sensors to collect real-time data and environmental parameters, and an intelligent analysis system performs fault diagnosis. Field tests and debugging were conducted in the underground central substation pump room and the second panel substation pump room of Tashan Coal Mine, Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group. The application results show that the intelligent inspection robot can collect on-site environmental parameters and infrared sensor parameters in real time, complete automatic inspections and video recognition using 5G technology, achieve an inspection movement error of ≤5cm, and attain an anomaly recognition rate as high as 98.1%, successfully realizing unattended on-site inspections with satisfactory outcomes.
