岳城煤矿短壁间隔矸石充填开采技术研究与应用

Short-wall interval gangue filling mining technology in Yuecheng Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对岳城煤矿工业广场及村庄下压煤资源开发与矸石排放难题,【方法】矿方拟采用短壁间隔膏体充填开采技术体系。通过构建“采一留二”分阶段开采模式,采用跳采间隔充填工艺,将工作面划分为5 m支巷与10 m煤柱复合单元,形成三阶段交替推进的采充并行作业系统。【结果】研究表明,膏体配比(胶凝材料200、粉煤灰350、矸石1250)可实现28 d强度≥3.5 MPa和主动接顶膨胀率5%~10%;双出料口协同充填工艺使接顶率超95%,工作面采充周期缩短至7 d/条;地表预测最大下沉值135 mm、水平变形0.30 mm/m,低于建(构)筑物Ⅰ级损坏阈值。【结论】工程应用表明,该技术年处理矸石90万t,释放压煤59.3万t,创造综合效益1.53亿元。研究成果可为类似矿井应用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to tackle the challenges of coal resource mining beneath the industrial square and villages in Yuecheng Coal Mine, as well as gangue disposal, the mine plans to adopt a short-wall interval paste filling mining technology system. By constructing a phased mining model of "mining one and retaining two" and employing an interval filling process with skip mining, the working face is divided into composite units of 5m branch roadways and 10 m coal pillars, forming a three-phase alternating advancement system for simultaneous mining and filling. Research indicates that the paste mix (cementitious material 200 kg/m3, fly ash 350 kg/m3, gangue 1250 kg/m3) achieves a 28-day strength of ≥3.5 MPa and an active roof-contact expansion rate of 5%~10%. The collaborative filling process with dual discharge outlets ensures a roof-contact rate exceeding 95%, reducing the mining-filling cycle to 7 days per coal pillar. The predicted maximum surface subsidence is 135 mm, with horizontal deformation of 0.30 mm/m, both below the Grade I damage threshold for buildings (structures). Engineering applications demonstrate that this technology processes 900,000 tons of gangue annually, releases 593,000 tons of trapped coal, and generates comprehensive benefits of 153 million yuan.
