深部煤巷顶板矿压显现防治技术优化与工程实践

Optimization and engineering practice of roof strata behavior control technology in deep coal roadways

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对深部煤巷强矿压显现防控难题,以黄陵二号煤矿211工作面为工程背景,提出顶板矿压显现防治技术优化方案,并通过现场实践,验证了其有效性。【方法】研究采用深孔区域压裂、水力切顶卸压、侧向切顶卸压及巷道支护系统优化等技术,实现了对工作面后方悬顶、侧向悬顶及采空区垮落带的有效控制。【结果及结论】工程实践表明,“三卸一支”的协同控制策略将211回风巷围岩变形量控制在安全范围内,显著降低了工作面对巷道围岩的采动影响。

     

    Abstract: Addressing the challenge of controlling strong strata pressure behavior in deep coal roadways, this paper proposes an optimized scheme for roof strata pressure control technology, using the 211 working face of Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine as the engineering background. Its effectiveness is verified through field practice. By integrating technologies such as deep hole regional fracturing, hydraulic roof cutting for pressure relief, lateral roof cutting for pressure relief, and optimization of the roadway support system, effective control was achieved over the suspended roof behind the working face, lateral suspended roofs, and the caving zone in the goaf. Engineering practice demonstrates that the collaborative control strategy of "three pressure relief plus one support" successfully confined the surrounding rock deformation of the 211 tailgate within a safe range, significantly reducing the mining-induced impact on the roadway surrounding rock.
