Abstract:
The railway sales loading station at Zhangjiamao Mine originally employed a semi-automatic loading process system. This system involved complex procedures, required numerous operators, demanded high labor intensity, and suffered from low loading efficiency. It necessitated the coordinated efforts of dispatchers, loaders, coal mixers, and other personnel, making nighttime operations prone to fatigue and posing safety risks. To address the issues of slow loading speed and low precision in the current system, an application upgrade was implemented for the intelligent loading system at Zhangjiamao. Utilizing remote control technology, all loading processes—from product batching, quantitative weighing, wagon identification, and dynamic vehicle tracking to automatic chute control and automatic unloading—are now completed without manual intervention. This completely resolves previous problems affecting loading due to heavy fog during winter nights, achieving the goals of energy efficiency, workforce reduction by digital, and mechanized personnel replacement via intelligent loading.
