  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】陕煤集团基于5G+工业互联网构建煤矿智能化开采体系,通过双频段(3.5 GHz+2.1 GHz)组网、1D3U帧结构优化及双活核心网架构,实现井下综采面700 Mbps大带宽、<100 ms低时延及99.99%高可靠网络能力。【结果及结论】项目部署ZY-X-800工业网关等设备,完成液压支架与采煤机无线化改造,使设备节点减少40%,故障率下降60%,单工作面年产能提升15%,形成可复制的煤矿智能化解决方案,推动行业向少人化、透明化模式升级。

     

    Abstract: Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group has developed an intelligent coal mining system based on 5G+Industrial Internet. By employing dual-band (3.5 GHz+2.1 GHz) networking, 1D3U frame structure optimization, and an double-active core network architecture, the system achieves 700 Mbps high bandwidth, <100 ms low latency, and 99.99% high reliability in underground fully mechanized mining faces. The project deployed ZY-X-800 industrial gateways and other equipment, completing the wireless transformation of hydraulic supports and shearers. This resulted in a 40% reduction in equipment nodes, a 60% decrease in failure rates, and a 15% increase in annual production capacity per working face. The project provides a replicable intelligent coal mining solution, promoting the industry's upgrade towards fewer personnel and transparent operational models.
