智能采制化助力煤质检验与控制的实践研究

Practice for coal quality inspection and control assisted by intelligent acquisition and preparation

  • 摘要: 【目的】为提升煤质检验与控制水平,针对传统煤质检验模式存在的依赖人工操作、效率低、数据准确性差等问题,开展智能采制化系统在煤质检验与控制中应用的研究。【方法】智能采制化系统具有无皮带式全密封采制一体化设计、全智能机器人制样系统、全智能化验系统等创新点,能带来提高化验准确性、优化人力资源配置、指导选煤工艺参数调整等实施效益。【结果】以黄陵一号煤矿为例,该系统在实际应用中可提高原煤化验准确性、减少人力资源配置、提升选煤工艺指导效果并优化产品质量。【结论】研究表明,智能采制化系统的部署优化了煤质检验与控制流程,显著改善了职工劳动强度与工作环境。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the level of coal quality inspection and control, aiming at the problems of relying on manual operation, low efficiency and poor data accuracy in the traditional coal quality inspection mode, the application of intelligent acquisition system in coal quality inspection and control is studied. The intelligent sampling and preparation system has innovative points such as beltless fully sealed sampling and preparation integrated design, fully intelligent robot sampling system, and fully intelligent testing system, which can improve the accuracy of testing, optimize the allocation of human resources, and guide the adjustment of coal preparation process parameters. Taking Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as an example, the system can improve the accuracy of raw coal test, reduce the allocation of human resources, improve the guidance effect of coal preparation process and optimize the product quality in practical application. The research shows that the deployment of the intelligent acquisition and preparation system optimizes the coal quality inspection and control process, and significantly reduces the labor intensity and improves the working environment.
