Abstract:
Under the background of the "dual carbon" goals, the green transformation of the coal industry has become a key path to promoting the optimization of the energy structure. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper systematically combs through the practical models of the integrated development of coal and new energy, including the ecological restoration of mining areas and the coordinated development of wind and solar energy, the comprehensive development of "photovoltaic +", the utilization of geothermal resources, and the application of energy storage technologies. It also analyzes the economic and environmental benefits of these models through typical case studies. The research finds that there are some problems in the current integrated development, such as long investment payback periods, limited land resources, and insufficient policy coordination. This paper proposes countermeasures such as improving laws and standards, establishing green benefit incentive mechanisms, and coordinating the development and ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence areas, with the expectation of providing references for the low-carbon transformation of the coal industry.
