陕西省煤炭与新能源融合发展的路径探索与实践

Exploration and practice of integrated development pathways for coal and new energy in Shaanxi province

  • 摘要: 在“双碳”目标背景下,煤炭行业绿色转型已成为推动能源结构优化的关键路径之一。【目的及方法】以陕西省为例,系统梳理煤炭与新能源融合发展的实践模式,包括矿区生态修复与风光协同、“光伏+”综合开发、地热资源利用及储能技术应用等,结合典型案例分析其经济与环境效益。【结果】研究发现,当前融合发展中存在投资回报周期长、土地资源受限、政策协同不足等问题。【结论】为此,提出健全法规标准、建立绿色收益激励机制、统筹采煤沉陷区开发与生态修复等对策,以期为煤炭行业低碳转型提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of the "dual carbon" goals, the green transformation of the coal industry has become a key path to promoting the optimization of the energy structure. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper systematically combs through the practical models of the integrated development of coal and new energy, including the ecological restoration of mining areas and the coordinated development of wind and solar energy, the comprehensive development of "photovoltaic +", the utilization of geothermal resources, and the application of energy storage technologies. It also analyzes the economic and environmental benefits of these models through typical case studies. The research finds that there are some problems in the current integrated development, such as long investment payback periods, limited land resources, and insufficient policy coordination. This paper proposes countermeasures such as improving laws and standards, establishing green benefit incentive mechanisms, and coordinating the development and ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence areas, with the expectation of providing references for the low-carbon transformation of the coal industry.
