智能维护体系在朱家店煤矿综采设备中的应用研究

Application of intelligent maintenance system in fully mechanized mining equipment in Zhujiadian Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对工作面综采设备维护成本高、故障频发等问题,【方法】依据朱家店煤矿实际情况,通过构建“智能监测+预防性维护”体系,实现了设备可靠性提升与维护成本优化,并在朱家店煤矿进行了实践验证。【结果】结果表明,该体系使采煤机平均故障间隔时间延长至263 h,年度维护成本降低28%。【结论】研究成果为智能化矿山建设提供了可借鉴的技术方案。

     

    Abstract: To address the high maintenance costs and frequent failures of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal faces, this paper, based on the actual conditions of Zhujiadian Coal Mine, developed a system integrating "intelligent monitoring + preventive maintenance" to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance expenses. The system was implemented and validated in the Mine. The results demonstrated that the system extended the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the shearer to 263 hours and reduced annual maintenance costs by 28%. The research outcomes provide a reference technical solution for the construction of intelligent mines.
