Abstract:
To address the high maintenance costs and frequent failures of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal faces, this paper, based on the actual conditions of Zhujiadian Coal Mine, developed a system integrating "intelligent monitoring + preventive maintenance" to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance expenses. The system was implemented and validated in the Mine. The results demonstrated that the system extended the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the shearer to 263 hours and reduced annual maintenance costs by 28%. The research outcomes provide a reference technical solution for the construction of intelligent mines.
