Abstract:
With the continuous decrease in gas concentration during coal mining and the introduction of new national policies, low-concentration gas has been widely utilized in gas generator units. The power generation efficiency of gas generator units accounts for about one-third of the gas combustion energy, leaving 47% of residual heat energy from high-temperature water and exhaust gases. Failure to utilize this heat effectively would result in significant energy waste. The Duanhe Low-Concentration Gas Power Station has comprehensively designed a waste heat utilization system for the generator units. The recovered heat is used to address issues such as building heating, shaft lining anti-freezing, and hot water supply for bathing in the mining area. Additionally, the waste heat system was employed to upgrade the existing air intake devices within the station. Achieving a plate heat exchanger utilization rate of up to 80%, improving the success rate of unit startup and ensuring stable operation. Upon completion, the project generates an annual revenue of 4.34 million yuan and increases profits by 4.494 million yuan.
