煤矿综采工作面远距离供电集成自动化改造设计与应用实践

Design and application practice of integrated automation transformation for remote power supply in fully mechanized mining face

  • 摘要: 【目的】为解决大同煤峪口矿8701综采工作面近距离现场供电存在的劳动强度大、作业效率低、供电安全性较差等问题,【方法】对井下综采工作面供电系统进行远距离自动化改造,提出远距离动力中心集中供电系统,硐室内布置供电列车,合理优化线路消除谐波干扰,从而实现供电系统远距离集成化。【结果及结论】通过在大同煤峪口矿8701综采工作面进行应用实践得出,综采工作面远距离集成供电系统可大大提高煤矿设备的供电效率、改善现场作业环境、降低工人劳动强度,大大提升采煤作业环节的连续性,每月采煤中断时间从9 h缩短到3 h,采煤作业连贯程度提高60.1%,电缆的故障率从5.7%降低到1.4%,有效保证了煤矿井下作业安全和煤矿产量。

     

    Abstract: To solve the issues of high labor intensity, low operational efficiency, and poor power supply safety associated with on-site short-distance power supply in the 8701 fully mechanized mining face of Datong Meiyukou Mine, a remote automation transformation of the power supply system for the underground fully mechanized mining face was carried out. A remote centralized power supply system for the power center was proposed, with power supply trains arranged in the chamber. The lines were optimally designed to eliminate harmonic interference, achieving remote integration of the power supply system. Through application practice in the 8701 fully mechanized mining face of Datong Meiyukou Mine, it was found that the remote integrated power supply system for fully mechanized mining faces can significantly improve the power supply efficiency of coal mining equipment, enhance the on-site working environment, reduce labor intensity, and increase the continuity of coal mining operations. The monthly mining interruption time was reduced from 9 hours to 3 hours, the continuity of coal mining operations improved by 60.1%, and the cable failure rate decreased from 5.7% to 1.4%, effectively ensuring underground operational safety and coal production.
