Abstract:
With the development of fully mechanized mining technology and equipment in China's coal mines, the problem of ' mining imbalance and mining continuation ' is prominent, and it is very important to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation. At present, most of the advanced detection methods of underground roadway in coal mine need to suspend tunneling, which can not be ' integrated with exploration and excavation ', while the seismic detection with roadheader as the source can be carried out in tunneling. In this paper, the seismic detection technology with excavation in coal mine roadway excavation is studied. Compared distributed and node-type seismic acquisition system while excavation, the former can transmit data in real time but has power supply and equipment movement problems, while the latter is light and low cost, which is suitable for roadway with specific excavation speed. Through the comparison and monitoring experiment in Wuhai mining area, the characteristics of seismic detection accuracy and superposition times are discussed. The results show that the node system has the advantages of portability, high efficiency and low cost. It is suitable for roadways with daily footage less than 20 m. Its detection accuracy is better than that of drilling and blasting method, and the detection accuracy is positively correlated with the monitoring time. However, there is a lack of real-time data updating and quantitative interpretation of fault drop.
