Abstract:
Roadway bolt support is an important factor affecting coal mine safety. In view of the large deformation and damage of the roof during the period when the driving face passes through a fault, which makes it difficult to support. Taking the 10# coal seam of Liangdu Coal Industry as an engineering example, this study is carried out by comprehensively using methods such as laboratory tests and theoretical analysis. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to classify the surrounding rock of the 10# coal roadway, and a support scheme of "anchor cable + steel strip" is proposed to be adopted at 5m before and after passing through the fault. Combined with the field measured data of roof separation and through long-term tracking of industrial tests, the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is 52 mm, and the maximum deformation of the two sides is 36mm, which verifies the rationality of the support method. The research results show that the enhanced support method of "anchor cable + steel strip" can effectively ensure the safe mining of the driving face during the period of passing through the special section of the fault.
