下层位综采面过上覆遗留煤柱安全回采技术研究

Safety mining technology of fully mechanized mining face in lower seam passing through overlying residual coal pillar

  • 摘要: 【目的】在神东矿区部分矿井的综采工作面通过上覆遗留煤柱期间,矿压显现尤为强烈,频繁发生冒顶、支架受压及运输机受阻等问题。【方法】以哈拉沟煤矿22522综采工作面为研究对象,探讨该工作面在通过上覆煤柱期间强烈动载效应的形成机理及矿压响应特征。【结果】结合现场生产实际分析表明,当工作面距上覆遗留煤柱约5 m时,易发生显著动载矿压现象;当距上覆煤柱约100 m时,来压步距发生明显变化。探讨影响下层位综采面过上覆遗留煤柱空间位置时安全回采的主客观因素,从顶板管控、技术措施及安全管理三个方面提出过煤柱安全回采要求及措施。【结论】从而为类似条件下综采面过煤柱安全回采提供一定的理论依据,避免生产过程中发生安全事故。

     

    Abstract: During the passing of the fully mechanized mining face through the overlying residual coal pillar in some mines in the Shendong mining area, the mine pressure is particularly strong, with frequent problems such as roof rises, pressurization of supports and obstruction of transporters. Taking 22522 fully mechanized mining face of Halagou Coal Mine as the research object, we discussed the formation mechanism of the strong dynamic load effect and the response characteristics of the mining pressure during the passage of the overlying coal pillar in this face. Combined with the actual analysis of the field production, it is shown that when the working face is about 5 m from the overlying coal pillar, significant dynamic loading mine pressure phenomenon is easy to occur; when it is about 100 m from the overlying coal pillar, the step of the incoming pressure changes significantly. The author explores the subjective and objective factors affecting the safety of mining in the lower level of the face when it passes the space position of the overlying coal pillar, and puts forward the requirements and measures for the safe mining of the overlying coal pillar from the three aspects of roof control, technical measures and safety management, thus avoiding safety accidents in the process of production.
