“互联网+”管理模式下煤矿安监人员效能影响因素分析

Analysis of influential factors of efficiency for coal mine safety supervisors under “Internet+” management mode

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】“互联网+”对煤矿安全监察人员效能具有重要影响。因此,通过研究煤矿安监人员个体外部环境因素和自身因素,确定影响煤矿安监人员效能的初步影响因素,再通过问卷调查及社会网络分析法确定影响煤矿安监人员效能的关键指标。【结果及结论】结果表明,运用社会网络分析法,确定了影响煤矿安监人员效能的核心指标,共9个一级指标,37个二级指标,其中,在核心指标体系中,煤矿安监人员的自律性、进取心、服务意识、学习新技术新装备能力、计划执行能力、信息化建设完善程度居于核心指标的中心位置,表明这些指标对于提升煤矿安全生产管理水平至关重要。

     

    Abstract: “Internet+ ” has an important impact on the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors.Therefore, by studying the individual external environmental factors and their own factors of coal mine safety supervisors, this paper determines the preliminary influential factors that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors, and then determines the key indicators that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors through questionnaire survey and social network analysis.The results show that the social network analysis method is used to determine the core indicators that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors.There are 9 first-level indicators and 37 second-level indicators.Among them, in the core indicator system, the self-discipline, enterprising spirit, service awareness, ability to learn new technologies and new equipment, plan execution ability, and information construction perfection of coal mine safety supervisors are at the center of the core indicators, indicating that these indicators are crucial to improving the level of coal mine safety production management.
