排土场火情综合治理关键技术研究及应用

Application of key technologies for comprehensive treatment of fire in dump

  • 摘要: 【目的】露天煤矿排土场土矸混排,火情具有自燃位置不确定、自燃边界温度变化突然,且与高边坡及覆土厚度关联性强等特点。为解决排土场火情治理难题,以安太堡露天矿南排土场为研究对象,分析总结了排土场的火情特点。【方法】综合采用高空温度普查、地表探洞测温、地下钻孔测温等技术,查明了火情空间分布,建立了“空—地—深”一体化的系统火情探测技术。【结果】通过完善隔火墙设置,结合深部注浆、浅部田字沟灌浆等系统灭火技术,以及注浆封闭、新老覆土有效压实、客土喷播等三重坡面封闭技术,构建了适用于大面积、高边坡和深层火情,同时又可以避免大规模开挖、保证环保、安全前提下的综合灭火防复燃技术体系。【结论】通过对试验区的建设实践进行了验证完善,为排土场火情综合治理提供了有益的思路。

     

    Abstract: The dump of open-pit coal mine is mixed with soil and gangue.The fire has the characteristics of uncertain spontaneous combustion position, sudden change of spontaneous combustion boundary temperature, strong correlation with high slope and overburden thickness.In order to study and solve the fire problem of dump, taking the south dump of Antaibao Open-pit Mine as an example, the fire characteristics of dump were analyzed and summarized.The spatial distribution of fire was identified by means of high-altitude temperature survey, surface exploration hole temperature measurement, underground borehole temperature measurement and other technologies, and a systematic fire detection technology of “ air-ground-depth ” was established.By improving the systematic fire extinguishing technologies, such as setting of fire wall, combined with deep grouting, shallow Tianzigou grouting, as well as triple slope surface sealing technologies such as grouting sealing, effective compaction of new and old overlying soil, and external soil spray spreading, a comprehensive firefighting and reburning prevention technology system suitable for large area, high slope and deep fire is constructed, while avoiding large-scale excavation and ensuring environmental protection and safety.It has been verified and improved through the construction practice of the test area.
