Abstract:
In order to improve the stability of the surrounding rock when the fully mechanized mining face is mined through the special geological structure area, taking the 3111 working face of the mine as the research object, aiming at the problem of poor fragmentation and stability of the surrounding rock during the abandoned roadway of the working face, and the poor support effect of the traditional anchor net cable support process, the I-beam composite scaffolding support process is proposed, and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the 3111 working face and the applicability of the bearing capacity of the I-beam composite scaffolding are analyzed.Numerical simulation analysis method is used to compare and analyze the displacement and deformation degree of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different scaffolding spacing, and the optimal support shed distance of the I-beam is determined to be 800 mm, and the support process of the 3111 working face through the abandoned roadway section and the structural section of the special area is clarified, and the practice shows that the stability control effect of the surrounding rock of the support process is significant, and the maximum convergence of the two sides of the roadway is 165 mm, and the maximum convergence of the roof and floor is 242 mm, and the roadway does not have serious roof breakage, subsidence, and floor heave. The deformation degree of the surrounding rock is within a controllable range, and the safe mining of the working face has been effectively guaranteed.
