晋城矿区煤矿顺槽顶板冒落原因分析及支护优化建议

Analysis of roof collapse causes and support optimization in the entry of coal mine in Jincheng mining area

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】晋城矿区某煤矿3号煤层53092巷道在掘进后发生了顶板离层冒落,通过对冒落区域附近巷道顶板支护参数、钻孔窥视、现场地质条件及数值模拟分析,发现巷道垂直应力集中在向斜轴部位置距煤层巷道顶板2 m范围内,可以认为构造应力是巷道该处冒顶的主要原因,并提出了补强支护、架棚、封闭等针对性的处理措施。【结果及结论】结果表明,该措施实现了对冒顶区域的治理,同时也为下一步顶板控制提出了指导性意见。

     

    Abstract: After excavation, roof separation and collapse occurred in the 53092 roadway of the No.3 coal seam in a coal mine in Jincheng mining area.Through analysis of roof support parameters, borehole inspection, on-site geological conditions, and numerical simulation near the collapse area, it was found that vertical stress in the roadway was concentrated within 2 meters above the roof of the coal seam near the axis of the syncline.It can be concluded that tectonic stress is the primary cause of the roof collapse at this location.Targeted measures such as reinforcement support, frame installation, and sealing were proposed to address the collapse area, achieving effective control.
