祁东煤矿82煤层自燃标志气体优选及临界值确定研究

Optimization and critical value determination of spontaneous combustion marker gas in Qidong Coal Mine’s 82 coal seam

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】研究了祁东煤矿82煤层的自燃标志气体及临界值。祁东煤矿82煤层自燃倾向性强,地质条件复杂,水文地质条件对自燃监测有影响。【结果】通过标准化升温实验,发现CO和C2H4气体浓度随煤温升高显著增加,可作为关键标志气体;CH4、C2H6和C3H8与煤温升高直接相关,其中C3H8检测表明煤温超110℃,可作为早期预警参考。实验未检测到C2H2,推测与实验条件和煤样特性有关。【结论】研究可为祁东煤矿自燃风险评估和预防措施提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the spontaneous combustion marker gas and its critical value in the 82 coal seam of Qidong Coal Mine are studied.The 82 coal seam has a strong tendency to spontaneous combustion, and the geological conditions are complex, and the hydrogeological conditions have an impact on the monitoring of spontaneous combustion.Through the standardized temperature rise experiment, it was found that the concentrations of CO and C2H4 gases increased significantly with the increase of coal temperature, which could be used as key marker gases.CH4,C2H6 and C2H4 are directly related to the increase of coal temperature, and the detection of C2H8 indicates that the coal temperature exceeds 110 ℃,which can be used as an early warning reference.No C2H2 was detected in the experiment, which is speculated to be related to the experimental conditions and the characteristics of the coal sample.The study provides a scientific basis for the risk assessment and preventive measures of spontaneous combustion in Qidong Coal Mine.
