Abstract:
Intelligent operation and maintenance of the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production system in the underground mining area of coal mines is discussed.In order to improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen system, reduce manual intervention and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the system in fire prevention and suppression work, the method of equipment selection optimization and operation data analysis is adopted to promote the automation and intelligent management of the system by establishing a full closed-loop monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance management system.The results of the study show that reasonable configuration of equipment and optimization of preventive maintenance plan can effectively improve the economy and operational stability of the system.Based on intelligent operation and maintenance, the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen system can realize unattended, efficient and safe operation, and provide a reliable guarantee for fire prevention and control in the underground mining area of coal mines.
