煤矿井下采空区变压吸附制氮系统的应用

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对煤矿井下采空区变压吸附制氮系统的智能运维进行探讨。为提高变压吸附制氮系统的运行效率和可靠性,减少人工干预,确保系统在防灭火工作中的持续稳定运行。【方法】采用设备选型优化和运行数据分析的方法,通过建立全闭环监控和智能运维管理系统,推动系统的自动化和智能化管理。【结果】研究结果表明,合理配置设备及优化预防性检修计划,可以有效提升系统的经济性和运行稳定性。【结论】基于智能化运维的变压吸附制氮系统能够实现无人值守、高效和安全的运行,可为煤矿井下采空区的防灭火工作提供可靠保障。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent operation and maintenance of the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production system in the underground mining area of coal mines is discussed.In order to improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen system, reduce manual intervention and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the system in fire prevention and suppression work, the method of equipment selection optimization and operation data analysis is adopted to promote the automation and intelligent management of the system by establishing a full closed-loop monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance management system.The results of the study show that reasonable configuration of equipment and optimization of preventive maintenance plan can effectively improve the economy and operational stability of the system.Based on intelligent operation and maintenance, the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen system can realize unattended, efficient and safe operation, and provide a reliable guarantee for fire prevention and control in the underground mining area of coal mines.
