基于人工智能的大型设备自动化控制系统研究

Automatic control system of large equipment based on artificial intelligence

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对当前煤矿智能化建设面临的综采设备自动化水平低、协同控制效果差等问题,为进一步提高煤矿综采设备智能控制水平,设计开发了基于人工智能的大型机电设备自动化数字孪生控制系统。【方法】通过自动化数字孪生智能控制系统架构设计研究,设计具备驱动层集控、数据模型、远程集控、数据同步、数字孪生可视化等功能的控制系统;通过数字化方法建立与实体设备相映射的虚拟模型,提出机理模型、控制模型、孪生数据模型迭代优化的控制架构,以达到大型自动化设备在作业过程中虚实交互、智能决策、精准控制和动态演化的目的,形成了数据可视化、人机强交互、设备高联控的控制模式,【结果及结论】该系统提高了设备联动及远程集中控制效果,实现了井下复杂空间大型设备自动化、智能化协同控制。

     

    Abstract: Through the architecture design and research of automated digital twin intelligent control system, this paper designs a control system with functions such as driving layer centralized control, data model, remote centralized control, data synchronization, digital twin visualization, etc.Through digital methods, a virtual model mapped to the physical device is established, and a control architecture with iterative optimization of mechanism model, control model and twin data model is proposed to achieve the purpose of virtual and real interaction, intelligent decision-making, accurate control and dynamic evolution of large-scale automation equipment in the process of operation and the formation of data visualization, human-machine interaction, and high joint control of equipment control mode, improve the equipment linkage and remote centralized control effect, and realize the automation and intelligent collaborative control of large-scale equipment in complex underground space.
