综采工作面大角度调斜回采工艺研究与应用

Large angle slope adjustment mining process for fully mechanized working face

  • 摘要: 【目的】为提升煤炭资源开采率,综采工作面初采通常为斜开切眼布置,需要调斜后进行正常回采。工作面调斜不当,会引起刮板输送机两端头推移困难及支架咬架、倒架、顶帮等状况。【方法】针对该问题,以陈四楼矿2903初采工作面为背景,在传统调控方法的基础上,提出在工作面大角度调斜段机头不动多推机尾,多次循环进刀,以达到调正状态。【结果及结论】该措施有效增大了刮板输送机与支架扭结的受力区域,从而取得了良好的控制效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the coal resource mining rate, the initial mining of an integrated mining face is usually arranged at an oblique cutting opening, which needs to be adjusted and mined normally afterward.Improper adjustment of the working face may cause difficulties in pushing the end heads of the belt conveyor and biting, tilting, and colliding with the roof and sides of the support.Based on the traditional adjustment method, this paper proposes a multi-turn cutting method at the large angle adjustment section of the working face to effectively enlarge the force-bearing area of the belt conveyor and the support, and achieve good control effect.
