煤矿回采工作面上方高位水池稳定性分析与加固方案研究

Stability analysis and reinforcement scheme of high-level pool above coal mine working face

  • 摘要: 【目的】为研究工作面开采对其上方地面高位水池的影响,【方法】采用数值模拟方法研究了工作面开采对高位水池斜长方向和开采方向的变形和倾斜的影响,在此基础上对高位水池进行了加固方案设计。【结果】研究结果表明,工作面开采过程中,高位水池在斜长方向的最大竖向位移为1 687.1 mm,最大倾斜率为3.53 mm/m,最大水平位移为193.1 mm,最大变形为0.16 mm/m;高位水池在工作面开采方向上的最大竖向位移为1 387.5 mm,最大倾斜率为18.3 mm/m,最大水平位移为471.3 mm,最大变形为11.3 mm/m。工作面开采易导致水池底板发生严重下沉和变形,故结构将失稳。【结论】为此,提出了水池基础加固、水池结构增厚及采空区裂隙带注浆加固等加固方案,保证了高位水池的基础承载力和整体稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of working face mining on the above high-level pool, numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of working face mining on the deformation and tilt of the high level pool in the direction of slanting longitudinal direction and mining direction, and a reinforcement program was designed for the pool.The results show that during the working face mining process, the maximum vertical displacement of the pool in the direction of inclined length is 1 687.1 mm, the maximum tilt rate is 3.53 mm/m, the maximum horizontal displacement is 193.1mm, and the maximum deformation is 0.16 mm/m; the maximum vertical displacement of the pool in the direction of working face mining is 1 387.5 mm, the maximum tilt rate is 18.3 mm/m, the maximum horizontal displacement is 471.3 mm, and the maximum deformation is 11.3 mm/m.The working face mining is likely to lead to the serious subsidence and deformation of the base plate of the pool, and the structure will be destabilized.Reinforcement programs such as pool foundation reinforcement, pool structure thickening and grouting reinforcement in the fissure zone of goaf are proposed to ensure the foundation bearing capacity and overall stability of the high level pool.
