文家坝煤矿综采工作面采空区综合防灭火技术研究

Comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology in goaf of fully mechanized working face in Wenjiaba Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】以贵州织金县文家坝一矿110607综采工作面为例,设计矿井在采用喷洒阻化剂、注氮、配备束管监测系统等防灭火措施的基础上,在110607综采工作面运输巷设置防火积水坑。当工作面采空区产生煤层自燃风险时,可以通过注水密闭工作面运输巷内的积水坑,阻断工作面的进风风流,从而抑制及消除工作面采空区自燃发火的风险。【结果及结论】实践证明,综合防灭火技术在传统防灭火措施的基础上,充分考虑到110607综采工作面采空区特点,多措并举,从而有效降低火灾风险。

     

    Abstract: The 110607 fully mechanized mining face of Wenjiaba No.1 mine in Zhijin County, Guizhou Province, is taken as an example.On the basis of fire-fighting measures such as spraying retarding agent, injecting nitrogen and equipped with beam tube monitoring system, a fireproof water pit is set up in the transport roadway of the 110607 fully mechanized mining face.The water pit in the roadway of closed working face can be water-injected to block the air inlet of the working face and to restrain and eliminate the risk of spontaneous combustion in the working face goaf.Practice has proved that on the basis of traditional fire prevention measures, the comprehensive fire prevention technology fully consider the characteristics of the goaf of 110607 fully mechanized mining face, and take multiple measures to effectively reduce the fire risk.
