复用巷道围岩变形破坏特征及柔模墩柱支护技术研究

Deformation and damage characteristics of surrounding rock for reuse roadway and support technology of flexible molded pier pillar

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】地质条件的复杂性和采煤作业的破坏性多导致复用巷道围岩发生严重的变形和破坏,对巷道的稳定性和安全性构成严重威胁。为此,通过基于理论分析和现场监测数据,阐述了围岩运移变形规律和破坏机理,提出了基于墩柱支护的复用巷道加固技术,并对其“煤柱-巷内支护”联合支护体的支护强度进行了分析。以登茂通煤矿2204运输平巷为研究背景,阐述了柔模墩柱支护技术、施工工艺和现场应用效果。【结果及结论】现场监测结果表明,柔模墩柱支护技术能够显著降低巷道围岩的变形量,提高巷道的稳定性和安全性;对比不同支护方案效果发现,柔模墩柱支护技术能够有效解决复用巷道围岩变形问题,为煤矿安全生产提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: The complexity of geological conditions and destructive nature of coal mining operations lead to serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock of reused roadway, which poses a serious threat to the stability and safety of the roadway.Based on theoretical analysis and on-site monitoring data, elaborated the surrounding rock migration and deformation law and damage mechanism, put forward the reuse roadway reinforcement technology based on pier and pillar support, and analyzed the support strength of its “coal pillar-in-road support” joint support body.Taking 2204 transportation roadway of Dengmautong Coal Mine as the research background, the flexible mold pier pillar support technology, construction process and field application effect are described.Field monitoring results show that the flexible mold pier and pillar support technology can significantly reduce the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock, improve the stability and safety of the roadway.Compared with the effect of different support programs, the flexible mold pier and pillar support technology can effectively solve the problem of deformation of the surrounding rock of the reuse roadway.
