Abstract:
As material transportation machinery, belt conveyors are widely used in fields such as coal mines, electricity, chemical industry, metallurgy, and grain.The belt conveyor is a non-standard equipment, with many load influential factors and large variations, and the load is transferred to the stack bridge floor through the outriggers, which is a local load.At present, there are few studies on the value of live load on the stack bridge floor, and the relevant regulations are not very pertinent.In this study, the belt conveyor stack bridge in the coal mining industry was taken as the research object, the composition of the stack bridge floor and the load of the belt conveyor, the proportion of each component and the degree of influence of the change, and the transverse equivalent uniform live load(main body calculation) and longitudinal equivalent uniform live load(floor system calculation) of different conveyor belt trestle widths, material densities, and single(double) conveyor belt trestle were summarized, so as to provide a reference for the design of belt conveyor trestle.
