Abstract:
To enhance the effect of surrounding rock control in the deep bottom coal mining roadway, a mechanical analysis model of the deep roadway was constructed using the trackway of the 2102 working face of the Dengmaotong Mine as the object, revealing the key factors affecting the deformation and damage of surrounding rock, and proposing a new type of support strategy for the mining roadway, and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified using numerical simulation technology and on-site field measurements. The results show that the factors affecting the surface displacement of surrounding rock and the radius of plastic zone are, in descending order, the depth of burial, the strength of surrounding rock, the stress state of mining and the support resistance, and the proposed “immediate support with grouting and reinforcement after removing the coal seam at the bottom, together with high prestressing strong anchor rods and anchor cables” reduces the deformation amplitude of the surrounding rock compared with the situation before the implementation of the strategy. The deformation of the surrounding rock was reduced by about 50%.
