基于ETO-SVM的WX区块煤层气含气量计算方法研究

Calculation method of coalbed methane content in WX block based on ETO-SVM

  • 摘要: 【目的】为了服务WX区块煤层气储层综合评价,需要做好煤层气储层含气量计算工作。【方法】基于相关文献调研以及含气量测试分析资料,对煤层气含气量常规计算方法的优点和局限性进行梳理,并综合对比储层参数预测中常用的智能算法,优选ETO-SVM算法对研究区煤层气含气量进行计算。【结果及结论】利用ETO算法可以高效快速地寻找全局最优解,并将其应用于SVM模型中,最终输出煤层气含气量预测结果。将ETO-SVM模型的含气量计算结果与常规方法计算结果以及支持向量机、随机森林计算结果进行对比,实验结果表明,ETO-SVM模型在煤层气含气量计算方面具有较高的精度。

     

    Abstract: In order to serve the comprehensive evaluation of the WX block coalbed methane reservoir, it is necessary to do a good job in the calculation of the gas content of the coalbed methane reservoir.Based on the relevant literature research and gas content test analysis data, this paper first sorts out the advantages and limitations of the conventional calculation methods of coalbed methane content, and then comprehensively compares the commonly used intelligent algorithms in reservoir parameter prediction, and selects the ETO-SVM algorithm to calculate the gas content of the coalbed methane in the study area.This paper uses the ETO algorithm to efficiently and quickly find the global optimal solution and applies it to the SVM model, and finally outputs the prediction results of the gas content of the coalbed methane.The gas content calculation results of the ETO-SVM model are compared with the calculation results of the conventional methods and the support vector machine and random forest calculation results.The experimental results show that the ETO-SVM model has higher accuracy in the calculation of the gas content of coalbed methane.
