煤矿自然发火束管监测系统的优化应用

Optimization of coal mine spontaneous combustion beam tube monitoring system

  • 摘要: 【目的】煤矿自然发火束管监测系统是用于煤矿自燃火灾预测预报的主要系统之一,通过对采空区及其他自然发火气体进行检测,掌握各气体组分,分析矿井采空区以及自然发火点自然规律,提前预警自燃风险,从而为防灭火措施落实提供依据。【方法】煤矿自然发火监测主要有监测监控系统、束管监测系统、人工检测等方式方法。【结果】煤矿自然发火束管监测系统通过近年来的发展和提升,已经实现了24 h全程在线监测,但是在实际应用中还是存在抽取气样不纯、束管漏气、设备操作失误、管路布设不合理、采空区抽气防护不到位等各种问题,通过对存在的问题分析研究,提出具体的优化改进措施,【结论】有效解决了煤矿自然发火束管监测系统存在的管理缺陷,可以更好地服务于煤矿自然发火监测,以求为防灭火措施的实施提供技术参数。

     

    Abstract: The coal mine natural ignition monitoring system mainly has monitoring system,beam tube monitoring system,manual detection and other methods. Coal mine spontaneous combustion tube monitoring system is one of the main system of coal mine spontaneous combustion prediction. Through the spontaneous combustion gas detection of goaf and other area,master the gas components,analyze the spontaneous combustion law for early warning of spontaneous combustion risk,and provide the basis for fire prevention measures. Through the development and improvement in recent years, the coal mine spontaneous combustion beam tube monitoring system has realized 24 hour online monitoring,but there are still impure gas samples,tube leakage,equipment operation error,unreasonable pipeline layout,and inappropriate goaf extraction protection.Specific optimization improvement measures are put forward,effectively solving the defects of coal mine spontaneous combustion beam tube monitoring system management,and better serving coal mine spontaneous combustion monitoring.
