禾草沟煤矿矸石综合利用技术研究

Comprehensive utilization technology of gangue in Hecaogou Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 煤矸石作为国内排放量最大的工业废渣之一。【目的】如何缓解地表沉降,在低成本、高效率的基础上实现井下固废物无害化处理,是当前煤炭开采亟需解决的重大难题之一。【方法】目前治理方式主要以地面堆放、填沟造田为主,会对生态环境造成严重污染,主要体现在占用土地、自燃发火、污染大气及水体等方面。且煤炭开采对地表沉降影响显著,尤其在地表覆山区域,会出现明显的塌方、滑坡等现象,不利于民生安全保障。【结果及结论】围绕目前煤炭开采对地表沉降及地面生态环境的破坏,提出以固体充填为主、膏体充填、浆体充填及制作其他产品为辅消化矸石及防治地表沉降灾害的综合矸石治理利用技术。

     

    Abstract: Coal gangue is one of the industrial waste residues with the largest emissions in China. At present,the main methods of treatment are ground stacking and ditch filling,which cause serious pollution to the ecological environment,mainly reflected in land occupation,spontaneous combustion,pollution of the atmosphere and water bodies. Moreover,coal mining has a significant impact on surface subsidence,especially in mountainous areas where significant phenomena such as collapses and landslides may occur,which is not conducive to ensuring the safety of people, s livelihoods. How to alleviate surface subsidence and achieve harmless treatment of underground solid waste on the basis of low cost and high efficiency is one of the major challenges that urgently need to be solved in current coal mining. We focuses on the current damage of coal mining to surface subsidence and ecological environment, and propose a comprehensive gangue treatment and utilization technology that mainly uses solid filling,paste filling,slurry filling,and other products as auxiliary materials to consume gangue and prevent surface subsidence disasters.
