Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of difficult shaft construction and poor safety caused by complex geological conditions such as rich aquifer and unstable stratum in Haizetan Coal Mine,the shaft lining structure is analyzed and the construction scheme is determined. Firstly,the geological characteristics of Haizetan Coal Mine are analyzed. In order to avoid the problems caused by drilling method,such as the difficult treatment of waste mud,immature large-diameter drilling technology,and difficulty in ensuring the verticality of wellbore,a sinking method based on freezing method is proposed. Through the analysis of shaft lining structural parameters,the shaft lining parameters are calculated. The field practice shows that the scheme effectively improves the stability of the shaft wall in the trial excavation section of the shaft,creates a good freezing conditions for the efficient excavation of the outer wall of the surface soil section of the shaft,and achieves good industrial results.
