Analysis and application of shaft lining structural parameters in Haizetan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对海则滩煤矿含水层丰富、地层不稳定等复杂地质条件引起的井筒施工难度大、安全性差等问题,开展井壁结构分析,并确定施工方案。【方法】首先分析了海则滩煤矿地质特征,为避免钻井法施工造成的废泥浆难处理、大直径钻井技术不成熟和井筒的垂直度难以保证等问题,提出了基于冻结方法的凿井方式。通过井壁结构参数分析,计算井壁参数。【结果及结论】现场实践表明,该方案有效提高了井筒试挖段井帮稳定性,为井筒表土段外壁高效掘砌创造了良好的冻结条件,取得了良好的施工效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of difficult shaft construction and poor safety caused by complex geological conditions such as rich aquifer and unstable stratum in Haizetan Coal Mine,the shaft lining structure is analyzed and the construction scheme is determined. Firstly,the geological characteristics of Haizetan Coal Mine are analyzed. In order to avoid the problems caused by drilling method,such as the difficult treatment of waste mud,immature large-diameter drilling technology,and difficulty in ensuring the verticality of wellbore,a sinking method based on freezing method is proposed. Through the analysis of shaft lining structural parameters,the shaft lining parameters are calculated. The field practice shows that the scheme effectively improves the stability of the shaft wall in the trial excavation section of the shaft,creates a good freezing conditions for the efficient excavation of the outer wall of the surface soil section of the shaft,and achieves good industrial results.
