Abstract:
Taking 9204 working face of 9# coal with positive pressure ventilation in Shangsha Coal Mine of Yangquan city as the research background,the comprehensive air leakage management technology of shallow buried coal seam is proposed,using advanced technologies such as local area positive pressure control to curb the air leakage,hydraulic filling crack sealing and borehole filling to plug the leakage,forming the air leakage management mode from source optimization,process guarantee to terminal management. The engineering verification results show that the air leakage in the working face is greatly reduced from 55 ~ 70 m
3/min in the initial mining stage to 6 ~ 20 m
3/min,with the overall reduction rate as high as 80. 3%,which fully verifies the validity and reliability of this technology in controlling the air leakage effectively.
