正压通风条件下浅埋煤层漏风治理技术研究

Air leakage control technology of shallow buried coal seam under positive pressure ventilation conditions

  • 摘要: 浅埋煤层在开采过程中存在埋藏浅、基岩薄等特点。【目的】为了治理采煤工作面存在的多漏风路径和高互联漏风网络,以正压通风的阳泉市上社煤矿9号煤层9204工作面为研究背景,【方法】提出了浅埋煤层漏风综合治理技术,利用局部区域正压调控遏制漏风、水力冲填裂缝封堵及钻孔充填堵漏等先进技术为主,形成从源头优化、过程保障至终端治理的漏风治理模式。【结果】工程验证结果表明,工作面漏风量从初采阶段的55~70 m3/min大幅降低至6~20 m3/min,整体降幅高达80.3%。【结论】其充分验证了该技术在控制漏风方面的有效性与可靠性,具有广泛的推广与应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Taking 9204 working face of 9# coal with positive pressure ventilation in Shangsha Coal Mine of Yangquan city as the research background,the comprehensive air leakage management technology of shallow buried coal seam is proposed,using advanced technologies such as local area positive pressure control to curb the air leakage,hydraulic filling crack sealing and borehole filling to plug the leakage,forming the air leakage management mode from source optimization,process guarantee to terminal management. The engineering verification results show that the air leakage in the working face is greatly reduced from 55 ~ 70 m3/min in the initial mining stage to 6 ~ 20 m3/min,with the overall reduction rate as high as 80. 3%,which fully verifies the validity and reliability of this technology in controlling the air leakage effectively.
