无人值守模式下智能装车系统的功能优化与应用研究

Function optimization and application of intelligent loading system in unattended mode

  • 摘要: 【目的】为了实现智能装车系统在无人值守模式下的功能优化与高效应用,【方法】以同忻选煤厂智能装车系统项目为例,通过优化车厢定位与动态检测、装车控制模型与智能决策算法、溜槽控制与实时调节、装车质量检测与偏载报警系统,以及远程监控与智能交互5个核心模块,全面提升无人值守模式下装车系统的性能。【结果及结论】研究结果表明,优化后的系统装车速度提升至1.7车厢/min,较优化前提高了54.5%;人工干预频率明显降低至0.8次/h,减少了85.5%;装车偏差控制在±0.8 t以内,偏载率下降至1.2%,装车质量得到明显改进;系统故障率从4次/月减少至0.5次/月,月维护时间从12 h减少至3 h,长期运行的可靠性大幅提升。

     

    Abstract: To achieve functional optimization and efficient application of the intelligent loading system under unattended mode,this study takes the intelligent loading system project of the Tongxin Coal Preparation Plant as an example. By optimizing five core modules of vehicle positioning and dynamic detection,loading control model and intelligent decision-making algorithm,chute control and real-time adjustment,loading quality detection and overload/underload alarm system,and remote monitoring and intelligent interaction,the performance of the loading system in unattended mode has been comprehensively enhanced. The research results show that the optimized system achieves a loading speed of 1. 7 vehicles per minute,an increase of 54. 5% compared to before optimization. The frequency of manual intervention significantly decreased to 0. 8 times per hour,a reduction of 85. 5%. The loading deviation was controlled within ± 0. 8 tons,and the overload/underload rate dropped to 1. 2%, indicating a significant improvement in loading quality. The system failure rate decreased from 4 times per month to 0. 5 times per month,and monthly maintenance time was reduced from 12 hours to 3 hours,greatly enhancing long-term operational reliability.
