大垂高仰孔钻进技术在亭南煤矿含水层超前疏放应用研究

Application of large vertical elevation drilling technology in advanced draining of aquifer in Tingnan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对亭南煤矿矿井常规钻孔疏放顶板洛河组砂岩含水层单孔放水量小、工作面水害风险高等问题,采用定向长钻孔穿越多层泥岩段,对顶板洛河组含水层进行区域超前疏放。【方法】通过井下高位定向钻孔施工工艺,构建洛河组砂岩含水层区域疏放体系,实现矿井及区域洛河组含水层水害防治技术革新。【结果】结果表明,通过合理控制钻孔施工轨迹,实现了大角度多层泥岩段钻进,在大孔径曲线下放φ168 mm套管360 m;套管下放垂直高度达到洛河组地层底界以上50~90 m高度,距离煤层顶板总垂高度达到237 m,实现了井下全岩层疏放水单孔钻孔最大孔深1 345 m的目标。【结论】该工艺的应用为类似矿井含水层区域超前疏放治理提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of small water discharge in single hole of sandstone aquifer of Luohe Formation and high risk of water damage in working face by conventional boreholes in the roof of Tingnan Coal Mine,directional long boreholes are used to drill through multi-layer mudstone sections to carry out regional advanced drainage of the aquifer of Luohe Formation in the roof. Through the construction technology of underground high-level directional drilling,the regional drainage system of sandstone aquifer in Luohe Formation is constructed,and the technical innovation of water disaster prevention and control in Luohe Formation aquifer in the mine and region is realized. The results show that by reasonably controlling the drilling trajectory,the drilling of large angle multi-layer mudstone section is realized,and the φ168 mm casing 360 m is lowered by the large aperture curve. The vertical height of casing running reaches 50 ~ 90 m above the bottom boundary of Luohe Formation,and the total vertical height from the roof of coal seam reaches 237 m,which realizes the breakthrough of the maximum hole depth of 1 345 m in the single hole drilling of water drainage in the whole rock stratum.
