高位钻孔在新田煤矿1903保护层首采工作面初采初放期间的应用研究

Application of high level drilling during the initial mining and releasing of the first mining face of 1903 protection layer in Xintian Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】为了掌握首采工作面在Y型通风方式下初采初放期间瓦斯涌出规律,超前采取瓦斯治理工作,以防止在初采初放期间造成瓦斯涌出异常及瓦斯超限。【方法】以新田煤矿1903保护层首采工作面高位钻孔为研究对象,分析钻孔浓度变化曲线、工作面传感器浓度变化、钻场控制距离与回采工作面推进度的相对应关系。【结果】明确了首采工作面竖三带中裂隙带层位在15~26 m之间、高位钻场间距20 m及每7 d为抽采一循环等规律、初采初放期间直接顶初次垮落步距为12.2 m、基本顶初次垮落步距为25~31 m之间等可靠数据,【结论】结果表明,高位钻孔对1903保护层首采工作面初采初放期间起到重要作用,为矿井其他工作面初采初放期间提供了依据和数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to grasp the gas outflow pattern during the initial mining and releasing period of the first mining face under the Y-type ventilation method,the gas control work is taken in advance to prevent abnormal gas outflow and gas overlimit during the initial mining and releasing period. Taking the high level drilling holes in the first mining face of 1903 protective layer in Xintian Mine as the research object,we analyse the change curve of the concentration of drilling holes,the change of the concentration of sensors in the working face,and the corresponding relationship between the control distance of the drilling field and the degree of advancement of the mining face,and then put forward the rules of the fracture zone in the first mining face with the layer position between 15 ~ 26 m in the vertical three zones,the spacing of the high level drilling field of 20 m,and the rule of one cycle of pumping and extraction every seven days,and the rule of the initial collapse step distance of the direct roof during the period of the initial mining and initial releasing. During the period of initial mining and initial release,the first collapse step of the direct roof is 12. 2 m,and the first collapse step of the basic roof is 25 ~ 31 m. The results show that the high-level drill holes play an important role in the first mining and initial release of the first mining face of the 1903 protection layer.
