银星一号煤矿3号煤层顶板“两带”发育高度对比研究

Comparison for development height of “two zones” in No. 3 coal seam roof of Yinxing No. 1 Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】为实测银星一号煤矿3号煤层顶板“两带”发育高度。【方法】选择110301工作面为测试区域,综合采用取芯、钻孔冲洗液消耗量观测、钻孔电视等实测方法进行实测,并与理论计算结果进行对比分析。【结果】结果表明,钻孔冲洗液消耗量突变位置最高,规范公式计算结果最小;分析认为冲洗液消耗量只能定性反映裂隙的发育程度,且易受岩层孔隙裂隙沟通程度等因素影响,而钻孔电视能够直观地观察到裂隙在垂向上的发育变化趋势和细微特征,准确性和可靠性较高。【结论】最终将钻孔电视成像探查结果作为3号煤层采空条件下的导水裂隙带高度值,即56.95 m,裂采比为17.58:1。

     

    Abstract: In order to measure the development height of ‘two zones' in No. 3 coal seam roof of Yinxing No. 1 Coal Mine,110301 working face was selected as the test area,and the core,borehole flushing fluid consumption observation,borehole TV and other measurement methods were comprehensively used for measurement,and compared with the theoretical calculation results. The results show that the mutation position of drilling flushing fluid consumption is the highest,and the calculation result of the standard formula is the smallest. The analysis shows that the consumption of flushing fluid can only qualitatively reflect the development degree of cracks,and is easily affected by factors such as the degree of communication between pores and cracks in rock strata. The borehole TV can directly observe the development trend and subtle characteristics of cracks in the vertical direction,with high accuracy and reliability. Finally,the results of borehole TV imaging exploration are taken as the height value of water-conducting fracture zone under the conditions of 3 coal seam goaf,that is,56. 95 m,and the ratio of fracture to mining is 17. 58:1.
