U型通风下煤矿综采工作面采空区瓦斯分布规律研究

Gas distribution law in gob of fully mechanized working face under U-type ventilation

  • 摘要: 瓦斯是煤矿安全的最大威胁,采空区瓦斯是矿井瓦斯主要来源之一。【目的】为掌握U型通风下综采工作面采空区瓦斯分布规律,【方法】以阳泉新景矿3213综采工作面为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件对U型通风综采工作面采空区瓦斯分布进行了数值仿真模拟试验。【结果】受通风、漏风、气体密度、采空区孔裂隙特点等影响,采空区瓦斯在平面和垂直方向上具有显著的分布特征。平面上,进风巷瓦斯浓度低于回风巷,且越向远端,瓦斯浓度逐渐增大,上隅角瓦斯浓度局部聚集。垂直方向上,瓦斯浓度总体表现为上部高、下部低。【结论】研究成果对研究区及地质条件类似邻近矿区U型通风综采工作面采空区瓦斯抽采及防治具有重要理论指导和实践意义。

     

    Abstract: Gas is the biggest threat to coal mine safety,and gob gas is one of the main sources of mine gas. In order to master the law of gas distribution in gob of fully mechanized mining face under U-ventilation,taking Xinjing Mine 3213 as research object,FLUENT software is used to simulate the gas distribution in gob of fully mechanized mining face under U-ventilation.The results show that the gas in the gob has significant distribution characteristics in the plane and vertical directions due to the influence of ventilation,air leakage,gas density and the characteristics of pores and fissures in the gob. On the plane,the gas concentration in the air inlet way is lower than that in the air return way,and the gas concentration increases gradually toward the far end,and the gas concentration locally accumulates in the upper corner. In the vertical direction,the gas concentration is generally high in the upper part and low in the lower part. The research results have important theoretical guidance and practical significance for gas extraction and control in the gob of U-type ventilated fully mechanized mining face in the study area and adjacent mining areas with similar geological conditions.
