不同剪切角度下不同粒度砂岩力学响应机制差异性研究

Mechanical response mechanism difference of sandstone with different particle sizes under different shear angles

  • 摘要: 【目的】为探究不同粒径与剪切角度下砂岩力学响应机制。【方法】采用Sigma 300扫描电子显微镜和MTS万能试验机,对不同粒径的中砂岩、细砂岩、粉砂岩3种岩样分别开展9组不同剪切角度力学试验,分析不同剪切角度下砂岩力学响应机制。【结果】研究结果表明,随着砂岩粒径的减小,其抗剪强度显著提升,细砂岩与粉砂岩的峰值强度分别比中砂岩提高了63.27%与89.55%;剪切应力峰值强度随剪切角度增大呈现“Z”型变化趋势,且细砂岩剪切强度为14.93 MPa,受剪切角度影响变化的幅度最大;砂岩峰值强度转折点随粒径减小而前移,细砂岩与粉砂岩较中砂岩转折角度分别提前了0°~10°与20°~30°;在砂岩剪切破坏过程中,随着砂岩粒径的减小岩样弹性能增加幅度从0.39扩大至1.1,脆性指标从0.42提高至0.55。【结论】研究结果可为矿山巷道围岩控制技术研究提供依据,并确保矿山安全高效开采。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the mechanical response mechanism of sandstone under different particle sizes and shear angles,Sigma 300 scanning electron microscope and MTS universal testing machine were used to carry out 9 groups of mechanical tests with different shear angles on three rock samples of medium sandstone,fine sandstone and siltstone with different particle sizes,and the mechanical response mechanism of sandstone under different shear angles was analyzed. The results show that: With the decrease of sandstone particle size,the shear strength increases significantly. The peak strength of fine sandstone and siltstone is 63. 27% and 89. 55% higher than that of medium sandstone,respectively. The peak strength of shear stress shows a “Z ” type change trend with the increase of shear angle,and the shear strength of fine sandstone is 14. 93 MPa,which is the most affected by shear angle. In addition,the turning point of sandstone peak strength moves forward with the decrease of particle size,and the turning angles of fine sandstone and siltstone are 0° ~ 10° and 20° ~ 30°earlier than those of medium sandstone,respectively. In the process of shear failure of sandstone,with the decrease of sandstone particle size,the increase of elastic energy of rock sample increases from 0. 39 to 1. 1,and the brittleness index increases from 0. 42 to 0. 55. The research results can provide a basis for the study of surrounding rock control technology of mine roadway.
