循环荷载作用下煤层瓦斯压力变化规律研究

Variation law of coal seam gas pressure under cyclic loading

  • 摘要: 【目的】煤层瓦斯渗流是威胁煤炭开采安全的严重自然灾害之一,是煤矿发展中需要解决的主要问题之一。【方法】以型煤煤样为研究对象,通过数值模拟试验的方式来研究循环荷载作用下煤层瓦斯压力变化规律。数值模拟主要使用Comsol Multiphysic软件进行研究,分别对循环荷载作用下不同初始瓦斯压力条件下、不同轴压下、不同围压下及不同稳定时间下瓦斯压力的演化进行研究。【结果及结论】研究发现,在循环荷载作用下,不同的稳定时间对煤体瓦斯压力的影响较小;在不同的初始气压下,煤体的气体压力变化规律并不明显;在相同的轴压下,气体压力的变化趋势是相似的;煤体循环扰动过程中,在不同轴压加载条件下,轴压加载上限值越大瓦斯压力的改变量也越大,且距离轴压加载区域越近,瓦斯压力改变量的增长率越高。在4 MPa和6 MPa不同轴压的卸载过程中,煤体各位置瓦斯压力的变化速度有所不同,但对煤体瓦斯压力的下限影响较小。

     

    Abstract: Coal seam gas seepage is one of the serious natural disasters that threaten the safety of coal mining,which is one of the main problems that need to be solved in the development of China, s mining industry. In this paper,the coal sample of briquette is taken as the research object,and the variation law of coal seam gas pressure under cyclic load is studied by numerical simulation experiment. The numerical simulation of this paper mainly uses Comsol Multiphysic software to study the evolution of coal gas pressure under different initial gas pressure conditions under cyclic loading,the evolution of coal gas pressure under different axial pressures,the evolution of coal gas pressure under different confining pressures,and the evolution of gas pressure under different stability times. It is found that: Under cyclic loading,different stabilization times have little effect on coal gas pressure. Under different initial air pressures,the gas pressure change law of coal body is not obvious;Under the same axial pressure,the trend of gas pressure is similar. During the coal circulation disturbance,under different axial load conditions,the larger the upper limit value of axial pressure load,the greater the amount of gas pressure change,and the closer to the axial pressure loading area,the higher the growth rate of gas pressure change. During the unloading process of different axial pressures of 4 MPa and 6 MPa,the change rate of gas pressure at each position of the coal body is different,but the lower limit of the coal body gas pressure has little effect. The evolution characteristics of gas pressure inside coal under different stability times were studied,and it was found that under cyclic loading,different stabilization times had little effect on coal gas pressure.
