Abstract: Roadway intelligent rapid excavation technology is one of the key guarantees of smart mine construction, and is the main method to solve the problem of mining and extraction succession imbalance.With the modernization of excavation equipment, China's intelligent rapid excavation equipment has experienced a change from comprehensive rapid excavation machine+anchor drill truck to integrated excavation and anchor machine.Parallel operation of excavation-supporting-transportation is realized.Based on the lack of intelligent rapid excavation security technology, six intelligent rapid excavation guarantee technologies are summarized: advanced drilling, coordinated sequential operation of multiple sets of drilling rigs, precise and efficient intelligent guidance, virtual online position of cutting mechanism in real time, intelligent chain control of complete sets of equipment, fault self-diagnosis and online monitoring.At the same time, based on equipment optimization, four supporting designs are proposed: matching the feed speed of cutting mechanism with cutting speed, optimizing the arrangement of anchor drilling rig, reasonable connection between various equipment of transportation system and intelligent rapid excavation equipment dust removal system.The intelligent rapid excavation system has higher efficiency, fewer personnel and greater safety than traditional excavation systems.Summarizing the shortcomings and development trend of intelligent rapid excavation technology at the current stage, the author has concluded that intelligent rapid excavation is an inevitable trend in the development of coal mine excavation.
