基于定向长钻孔的保护层卸压瓦斯抽采技术

Protective layer pressure relief gas extraction technology based on directional long borehole

  • 摘要: 针对下峪口煤矿23302工作面卸压瓦斯涌出引起的瓦斯含量高和抽采难度大等系列问题,研究采用底板定向长钻孔拦截抽采23302工作面的卸压瓦斯,依据现场条件和工作面特征确定定向长钻孔的布置层位及施工方案,并进行工程应用。在施工过程中通过预抽煤层瓦斯并采用DGC型瓦斯含量测定装置对工作面残余瓦斯含量进行测定。实践结果表明,定向长钻孔在本次工程中表现出较好的应用成果,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度与抽采纯量均达到预期目标,工作面残余瓦斯含量控制在3.72~4.74 m3/t之间,可解析瓦斯含量控制在1.35~2.37 m3/t范围内,并且残余瓦斯在含量测试钻孔施工过程中未发生喷孔、顶钻等突出预兆,所有测定钻孔均正常,瓦斯治理工作取得显著效果,保障了矿井的安全生产。该技术也为煤矿井下保护层开采中工作面卸压瓦斯治理问题提供了有效的解决途径。

     

    Abstract: In view of a series of problems such as high gas content and difficult extraction caused by the pressure relief gas gushing out of the 23302 working face in Xiayukou Coal Mine, the pressure relief gas of the 23302 working face was intercepted and extracted using the directional long borehole of the floor to intercept and extract the pressure relief gas of the 23302 working face, and the layout and construction plan of the directional long borehole were determined according to the site conditions and the characteristics of the working face, and the engineering application was carried out.In the construction process, the residual gas content of the working face is determined by pre-pumping coal seam gas and using DGC type gas content measuring device.The practical results show that the directional long borehole shows good application results in this project, the borehole gas extraction concentration and pure extraction amount have reached the expected target, the residual gas content of the working face is controlled between 3.72~4.74 m3/t, the analytic gas content is controlled in the range of 1.35~2.37 m3/t, and spray holes and top drilling do not occur during the construction of the residual gas content test borehole, all the measured boreholes are normal, and the gas treatment work has achieved remarkable results, ensuring the safe production of the mine.
