澄合矿区“三软”煤层掘进过程中尘源分析及治理研究

Dust source analysis and control in the excavtion process of “three soft” coal seam for Chenghe mining area

  • 摘要: “三软”煤层具有顶板不稳定、易冒落、煤层松软、采空区上覆岩层垮落不均匀、开采过程易破碎等特点。在煤矿开采过程中,煤体的破碎程度越高、煤尘产尘量越大,对掘进工作面的污染也越严重。为了研究三采区掘进过程中粉尘的尘源和治理效果,采用现场调研和实测的方式对尘源进行确定,并对产尘量进行测定。研究结果表明,三采区掘进过程的粉尘来源主要有4个,掘进机在掘进过程中,煤体割裂破碎过程产生煤尘;掘进机在掘进过程中,割落煤体下落过程产生煤尘;运输过程皮带转载点产尘;通风情况下,二次扬尘产生煤尘。采用水喷雾技术对掘进工作面的煤尘进行控制,综合除尘效率为54.26%,66.19%,20.25%。该技术可有效改善工作面环境,为作业工人的健康提供保障。

     

    Abstract: “Three-soft” coal seam has the characteristics of unstable roof, easy to caving, soft coal seam, uneven caving of overlying rock in goaf, and easy breakage during mining.In the process of coal mining, the higher the degree of fragmentation of the coal body, the greater the amount of coal dust, and the more serious the pollution to the driving face.In order to study the dust source and control effect of dust in the excavation process of the third mining area, the method of on-site investigation and actual measurement was used to determine the dust source, and the dust production was measured.The research results show that there are four main sources of dust in the excavation process of the third mining areas: coal dust is generated during the cutting and crushing process of the coal mass during the excavation process of the roadheader; During the transportation process, the belt transfer point produces dust; in the case of ventilation, the secondary flying dust produces coal dust.The coal dust in the excavation face is controlled by water spray technology, and the comprehensive dust removal efficiency is 54.26%,66.19% and 20.25%,thus effectively improving the working face environment and protecting the health of workers.
