寒冷地区煤矿带式输送防冻液智能喷洒系统研究与应用

Intelligent spraying system for coal mine belt conveying antifreeze in cold area

  • 摘要: 针对寒冷地区带式输送机易发生的低温冻黏问题,提出了一种防冻液智能喷洒系统。采用CaCl2溶液作为防冻剂,通过对其性能分析和仿真模拟,计算出不同温度下的溶剂配比,进而对智能喷洒系统进行叙述。系统采用PLC进行控制,对其硬件和软件进行设计选型,采用一主一备两套喷嘴,当发生故障时,采用备用喷嘴,随后对计算出的浓度配比在某矿进行多组实验验证。实验结果表明,随着温度的降低,CaCl2溶液的浓度应逐渐增大,计算出的理论值较为合适,在喷洒实验中有着明显的效果。该系统为寒冷地区输送带的防冻黏问题提供了高效、可靠的解决方案,具有较高的实用价值与应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of freezing and sticking of belt conveyor at low temperature in cold area, an intelligent spraying system of antifreeze is proposed in this paper.Using CaCl2 solution as antifreeze agent, through the analysis and simulation of its performance, the ratio of solvents at different temperatures is calculated, and then the intelligent spraying system is described, which is controlled by PLC,its hardware and software are designed and selected, one main nozzle and two sets of nozzles are used, and the standby nozzles are used when failure occurs.Subsequently, the calculated concentration ratio was verified through multiple sets of experiments in a certain mine.The results show that the concentration of CaCl2 solution should increase with the decrease of temperature, and the calculated theoretical value is suitable.The system provides an efficient and reliable solution to the problem of freezing and sticking for conveyor belt in cold area.
