大采高综放工作面末采覆岩运动与矿压显现规律研究

Overlying rock movement and mine pressure behavior during final mining period of full-mechanized caving face with large mining height

  • 摘要: 针对特厚煤层大采高综放工作面在末采期间矿压显现强烈这一问题,以支架工作阻力以及现场微震监测数据为基础,对大采高综放工作面末采期间的矿压显现情况和覆岩活动规律展开研究。结果表明,大采高综放工作面末采期间周期来压具有来压频繁、来压持续时间久、来压步距大、动载矿压显现强烈等特点;大采高综放工作面末采期间顶板岩层走向破断滞后距离明显缩短,倾向上顶板破断能量向工作面中心区域集中,垂向上中高层位岩层破裂强度增大对工作面来压影响程度显著增大;微震频次和能量与工作面的来压有明显的对应关系,根据微震频次和能量的异常变化可对工作面的周期来压起到一定的预测作用。研究结论对其他类似矿井末采管理有积极的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of strong mine pressure in full-mechanized caving face with large mining height in ultra-thick coal seam during the final mining period, based on the support working resistance and the field microseismic monitoring data, the mine pressure behavior and overburden activity rule of the full-mechanized caving face with large mining height during the final mining period were studied.The results show that: The periodic weighting during the final mining period of full-mechanized caving face with large mining height are characterized by frequent weighting, long weighting duration and weighting steps, and strong dynamic load mine pressure.During the final mining period of full-mechanized caving face with large mining height, the strike rupture lag distance of the roof strata is obviously shortened, and the energy of the top strata tends to concentrate towards the center of the face.There is an obvious correspondence between the microseismic frequency and energy and the weighting of the working face.The periodic weighting of the working face can be predicted according to the abnormal changes of the microseismic frequency and energy.
