高瓦斯煤矿110工法工作面采空区漏风规律研究

  • 摘要: 为了研究110工法工作面采空区漏风规律,以某矿110工法工作面为研究对象,根据202工作面通风系统特征,利用SF6示踪气体测定技术,现场测定了110工法工作面Y型通风条件下采空区流场的漏风速率和漏风量。结果表明,202工作面采空区从释放点到接收点存在多处漏风通道,平均漏风速率为0.21~0.33 m/s。202采空区与工作面、回风巷存在漏风,201采空区与202辅运顺槽存在漏风,漏风量在77~92 m3/min之间,得出了202工作面采空区的漏风规律,可以为110工法工作面采空区封堵漏风提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the air leakage law in the goaf of 110 construction method working face, the 110 method working face of a certain mine was taken as the research object.Based on the characteristics of the ventilation system of the 202 working face, SF6 tracer gas measurement technology was used to measure the air leakage rate and air leakage volume of the flow field in the goaf under Y-shaped ventilation conditions of the 110 method working face on site.The results indicate that there are multiple air leakage channels in the goaf of the 202 working face from the release point to the receiving point, with an average air leakage rate of 0.21~0.33 m/s.There is air leakage between the 202 goaf and the working face, as well as the return airway.There is also air leakage between the 201 goaf and the 202 auxiliary transportation lane, with an air leakage rate ranging from 77 to 92 m3/min.The overall air leakage law of the 202 goaf is obtained.
