煤矿井下采空区多参数环境监测系统设计与研究

Design of multi parameter environment monitoring system for goaf of coal mines

  • 摘要: 为了实现对煤矿井下采空区的CH4、CO、O2、C2H2、C2H4浓度,温湿度以及压力等环境情况的实时精准监测,基于矿用多参数传感器技术和工业以太网技术相结合的方式,提出了一种在煤矿井下采空区就近取样、就地检测分析,检测数据通过井下以太环网被传输到地面监控中心,再利用大数据建模后分析数据变化,从而实现对采空区复杂环境情况的监测,针对异常数据能够提出智能决策,辅助管理人员进行安全生产管理,从而达到保障煤矿高效、安全生产的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve real-time and accurate monitoring of environmental conditions such as methane,carbon monoxide,oxygen,ethylene and acetylene,temperature and humidity,and pressure in the goaf of coal mines,we propose a method based on the combination of mine multi parameter sensor technology and industrial Ethernet technology. Sampling is conducted in the goaf of coal mines,on-site detection and analysis is carried out,and the detection data is transmitted to the ground monitoring center through the underground Ethernet ring network. Big data modeling is used to analyze data changes,thereby achieving monitoring of complex environmental conditions in the goaf. Intelligent decision-making can be made according to abnormal data,thus assisting management personnel for safety production management,and achieving the goal of ensuring efficient and safe production of coal mines.
