松软煤层无水化增透理论及技术进展研究

Theory and technological development of anhydrophobic enhancement for soft coal seams

  • 摘要: 松软煤层作为煤炭资源中的一种特殊类型,其具有高含水量、低强度及复杂的孔隙结构特征。松软煤层无水化增透技术作为煤炭开采领域的一项重要创新,对于提升煤层气开采效率、保障煤矿安全、促进环境保护具有重要意义。通过分析不同结构煤层发现,中孔主导孔隙结构煤层在水分含量从4.8%降至无水状态后,渗透率从0.35 m D提升至0.56 m D,提升比例高达60%。并通过在不同煤矿进行试验,不同无水化增透技术在松软煤层中的应用均取得了显著效果,不仅提升了煤层的渗透率,还改善了煤矿的开采条件。

     

    Abstract: Soft coal seams,as a special type of coal resource,are characterized by high moisture content,low strength,and complex pore structure. As an important innovation in the field of coal mining,the dehydration and permeability enhancement technology for soft coal seams is of great significance for improving the efficiency of coalbed methane mining,ensuring coal mine safety,and promoting environmental protection. This article analyzes coal seams with different structures. In coal seams with a dominant pore structure,the permeability increases from 0. 35 m D to 0. 56 m D after the moisture content decreases from 4. 8% to an anhydrous state,with an increase ratio of up to 60% for the permeability. And through experiments in different coal mines,the application of different waterless and permeability enhancement technologies in soft coal seams has achieved significant results,not only improving the permeability of coal seams,but also improving the mining conditions of coal mines.
