岩体节理对隧道钻爆法开挖影响研究进展

  • 摘要: 钻爆法因其价格低廉,适应环境能力强成为目前适用最广的山岭隧道开挖技术之一。岩体中存在大量的天然节理裂隙,节理的结构特征很大程度上决定了岩石在爆破作用下的破坏形式。在收集整理国内外研究资料的基础上,总结出节理岩体对隧道钻爆法开挖影响的研究现状。节理在岩体中的空间产状、距炮孔距离、填充物以及岩体中地应力的大小都会对爆破应力波的传播产生较大影响。在工程中设计爆破参数时应针对不同工况节理的传播规律对爆破方案进行针对性优化,并认为由于当前结论多为规律性的且超期地质预报技术无法探明节理具体位置以及填充物等信息,研究成果在实际工程中应用程度较低。通过对现有爆破参数设计方法的对比分析,提出智能化爆破参数设计方法相比于传统方法和数值模拟方法更具有优势。最后,对岩体节理及隧道钻爆法施工的发展趋势以及关键性问题进行了预测,认为以下4点将成为今后研究的重点,即依据现有计算机技术节理对爆破影响规律进行定量化深化;隧道钻爆法超前预报理论与技术的定量化深化;隧道钻爆法开挖智能化爆破参数设计方法数据集的积累扩充;重点关注岩体中的裂隙,并探索合理量化裂隙与节理相互作用的模型,以提高爆破设计的准确性和安全性。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of collecting the domestic and foreign research data,the research status of the influence of joint rock mass on tunnel drilling and blasting excavation is summarized. The space production of the joint in the rock mass,the distance from the blasting hole,the filling material and the ground stress in the rock mass will have a great impact on the propagation of the blasting stress wave. When designing the blasting parameters in the engineering,the blasting scheme should be optimized according to the propagation law of different working conditions. It is believed that because the current conclusions are mostly regular and the overdue geological prediction technology cannot prove the specific location and filling information,the research results are less applied in practical engineering. Through the comparative analysis of the existing blasting parameter design method,the intelligent blasting parameter design method is more advantageous than the traditional method and the numerical simulation method. Finally,the development trend and key problems of tunnel drilling and blasting construction of rock mass joint are predicted,believing that the following four points will be the focus of future research: To quantify and deepen the influential law of blasting according to the existing computer technology joint. The quantification and deepening of the advanced prediction theory and technology of tunnel drilling and blasting method. Accumulation and expansion of data set of intelligent blasting parameters for tunnel drilling and blasting excavation. Focus on the cracks in the rock mass,and explore the model to reasonably quantify the interaction between cracks and joints,so as to improve the accuracy and safety of blasting design.
